Brody Powell is coming for a two-part series on his ‘Wellness Umbrella’, which focusses on remembering to take care of yourself so you can take better care of others. 

February 3^rd at 12:00 pm – we will have a lunch and learn where Brody comes to do a refresher over the information he came and shared a few years ago. If you came when he presented last time, you are welcome to come and refresh your brain on the topic . If you are newer to CASA or were not able to attend before, come and hear his wisdom on this super important topic. We have to take care of ourselves to take better care of our kiddos. 

February 11^th at 12:00 pm – Brody will come back for part 2 of this event, where he will dive deeper and we will learn using an interactive approach. This is a new format for him and will be great to be some of the first to see his new presentation.
